Omantel draft Reference Access Services Offer

This Reference Access Services Offer (hereafter RAO) deals with Access Services which Omantel offers to Operators. The Terms and Conditions contained in the Omantel Reference Access Offer are indicative only that will serve as a starting point for negotiations and conclusion of Access Services Agreement between the parties. The Telecommunications authority have approved Omantel offer for Wholesale leased lines and Wholesale Internet Leased lines. As a subsequence of this following annexes have been updated,
