How to use the service

 

For SIM Card Replacement

The SIM card replacement can be executed at every Oman Mobile customer support counter after signing an application form for a SIM card replacement.

 

For Lost or Stolen SIM Card

In case your SIM card is lost or stolen you can approach any of the Oman Mobile counters to request for temporary disconnection of your number after giving your personal identification data.

Temporary disconnection can also be done through the call centre 1234

Available for both Mada and Hayyak subscribers.  

Each replacement charge is RO 2/-
