On-Net calls refers to national calls made to Oman
Mobile subscribers, Omantel/Nawras fixed line subscribers.

Existing Hayyak Pre-Paid subscribers can migrate
to Hayyak Liberty if they request to do so. Otherwise, they shall remain in
their current plan.

New Pre-Paid subscribers can subscribe to Hayyak Liberty
or normal Hayyak.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP): To ensure fair allocation
of network capacity, calls will be disconnected after 120 minutes.

Un-subscription will take place by the end of the

sending SMS to the subscriber. If we are unable to renew due
to insufficient balance, the subscriber will receive the below
