01 - View the Bill


The Nama customer specifies the account number, chosen from dropdown (above left side menu).



Bill history is available from the left side menu (expand "Details" menu item and choose "Bill History"). The Nama customer specifies time period in order to view bill list. Bill could be downloaded (as pdf) or send via e-mail.


02 - View Due Amount


It is the amount due for the payment. Specify the account number, choosing it from the dropdown (above left side menu). Due amount will be visible in "Current Bill" box.


03 - Current Month Usage


The Nama customer will be able to see each mobile number with its respective unbilled amount for the current month. To do so, go to the "My subscriptions" page.


04 - View Unpaid Bills


It is a feature where the Nama customer would see all accounts with unpaid amounts. To do so, go to the "My subscriptions" page.


05 - Make a Payment via credit card and debit card


It is the process to let the Nama customer pays his bills according to account numbers via credit card and debit card. To do so, from "My subscriptions" page click "Go to account", expand "Details" in lef side menu and choose "Pay Bills". Check bills to pay and click "Pay selected bills".


06 - Payment History


A log that shows all payments done for a specific account. After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "History". Then, click "Payment" tab and select interesting criteria ("Current month", "Last month", "Date range").


07 - Call Details


A summary on the call details. After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "History". Then, click "Call" tab and select interesting criteria ("Current month", "Last month", "Date range").


08 - Change Credit Limit


After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "Services". You can find "Change credit limit" in the "Account settings" section.



The current credit limit will be displayed on the screen along with a textbox to enter the new credit limit. Enter the new credit limit and click on "Ok" button.



The new credit limit will be updated against the GSM Number and "Credit limit changed successfully" message will be displayed on the screen.


09 - Add/Remove ISD/ISD Roaming


After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "Services". You can find "Services" in the "Account settings" section.



After clicking list of all services is visible. Nama customer can subscribe or unsubscribe roaming services by clicking "Subscribe" or "Unsubscribe" button (depending on the previous selection). Activation / deactivation pop up appears.


10 - Change/Remove BB Plan


After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "Services". You can find "Services" in the "Account settings" section. After clicking list of all services is visible.



Choose "Blackberry Services" tab, to see all available Black Berry services. On this tab customer can subscribe or unsubscirbe services.


11 - Add New Line


The Nama customer will be able to add new line. To do so, click "Apply for a new line" available from a left side menu.



Choose account number under which you want to register a new line, enter the serial Number of the SIM to be added, choose taif plan, Black Berry plan or other services if it is needed, specify credit limit and click on "Add Line" button.



Confirmation pop up appears.


12 - SIM Replacement


The Nama customer will be able to do a SIM replacement. To do so, go to the "My subscriptions", choose proper account by clicking "Go to account" button.



Then choose "SIM replacement" option under the "Account settings" section.



Select the serial number of the SIM to be replaced and enter the serial number of the new SIM and click on "Ok" button.


13 - Track Order Status


The Nama customer will be able to view all the orders he raised (Add New Line, Add Secondary SIM, SIM Replacement, Upgrade/Downgrade MBB Plans). After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "History". Then, click proper tab to display order status ("New line", "Primary SIM change", "Secondary SIM add" etc.).


14 - Change MBB Plans


After choosing account from dropdown (above left side menu), expand "Details" in this menu and choose "Services". Then click "Choose plan".



Customer will choose the new MBB Plan and click "Ok" button.


15 - Add Secondary SIM


The Nama customer will be able to add secondary SIM. To do so, go to the "My subscriptions", choose proper account by clicking "Go to account" button and choose "Add secondary SIM" option under the "Account settings" section.



Customer will provide SIM card serial number, which should be added.

11 - Add New Line


The Nama customer will be able to add new line. To do so, click "Apply for a new line" available from a left side menu.



Choose account number under which you want to register a new line, enter the serial Number of the SIM to be added, choose taif plan, Black Berry plan or other services if it is needed, specify credit limit and click on "Add Line" button.



Confirmation pop up appears.


12 - SIM Replacement


The Nama customer will be able to do a SIM replacement. To do so, go to the "My subscriptions", choose proper account by clicking "Go to account" button.



Then choose "SIM replacement" option under the "Account settings" section.



Select the serial number of the SIM to be replaced and enter the serial number of the new SIM and click on "Ok" button.


13 - Track Order Status


The Nama customer will be able to view all the orders he raised (Add New Line, Add Secondary SIM, SIM Replacement, Upgrade/Downgrade MBB Plans). Customer will provide SIM card serial number, which should be added.

12 - SIM Replacement
