Terms and Conditions
- Available for all new and existing Omantel customers
- The service is available under a 12-month contract. In case of contract cancellation, penalty fee(s) shall apply.
- Any Additional add-on subscription(s) will be charged as per standard rates.
- Customers cannot change or cancel their OSN subscription for the first 6 Months
- In case the customer decides to close the contract before 12 months of contract term then they have to pay a penalty fee of 4 OMR on per month basis for the remaining term of the contract.
- Basic Pack is Mandatory and should be selected as first package for any customer.
- Add-on packs are optional and customer can pick and chose their favorites to create their our bundle.
- Extra package/payment which is outside the bundle discounts will be payable by the customer.
- Customer can replace the 'Get Started' pack with 'Pehla package' and will get the same discount terms.
- Standard T&C apply.
- Muti-Room Subscription is available for 8 OMR/month for each additional TV Receiver/STB. Same channels as first reciver will be offered on 2nd TV receiver/STB.
