  1. Open "Play Store"
  2. Go to "My Account "under Menu
  3. Under Payment method select "Omantel Payment"

Note: You'll need internet (not Wi-Fi) to set-up your account for the first time

    The customer can request a refund within 2 hours, customer needs to cancel his order. The money will be returned back to his account.

    Note: within an app, purchase can't be refunded.

    The customer can cancel an app within 2 hours and get a refund, customer needs to cancel his order.The money will be returned back to his account.
     

  8. How can I cancel my order?

    Only apps and games have the 2-hour cancellation policy and after this time you should talk directly to the developer. For books and movies, you can request a refund via the google play support center (see Q12). 

    • To obtain a refund, customers should go to the side menu of google store and select account
    • Customer needs to select order history
    • Customer will find a refund option next to the purchased game
    • Click on Refund
    • The price will appear again on the app which shows that the refund was successful 

       

     

  9. What currency will appear in the application?

    The currency that will appear in the store is the US dollar, however, customers will be paying using the Omani Rail, the currency will be converted from the US dollar to Omani Rial.

  12. How can I get a refund after 2 hours?

     

    • On your computer, go to https://play.google.com/store/account
    • Scroll down to "Order History" and find the order you want to return.
    • To the right of the order, click the three dots.
    • Select Report a problem and choose any option.
    • Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
