Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to Google Workspace through Omantel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Google Workspace is provided and operated by Google. Omantel acts as an authorized reseller of the service.
- Your use of Google Workspace is subject to both Omantel's Terms & Conditions and Google's applicable service terms and policies.
- A valid business domain is required. Domain ownership verification may be necessary before service activation.
- Subscription plans, features, storage limits and functionality depend on the selected Google Workspace edition.
- Charges are billed monthly in arrears based on the subscribed licenses.
- Additional licenses may be added during the subscription term and will be charged accordingly.
- Annual commitment subscriptions automatically renew unless a non-renewal request is submitted at least 45 days before renewal.
- Flexible (non-commitment) subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect from the next billing cycle after Omantel confirms the request.
- The customer is responsible for managing users, administrator accounts, passwords and access permissions.
- Customer data may be processed or stored by Google in locations outside the Sultanate of Oman, in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
- Omantel provides basic Level 1 support. Technical support for the Google Workspace platform is provided by Google.
- Customers are responsible for exporting and retaining their data before subscription expiry or termination.
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
