SIM replacement

To replace your SIM card you need to visit the nearest Omantel Outlet and present your ID card, you will be given a new SIM card with the same mobile number.

Note: All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT. 5% VAT will be added to the price upon purchase.

You will be charged a SIM replacement fee of 2 OMR.
