Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes
Service Usage
Aman is provided for monitoring and deterrence purposes only and does not guarantee prevention of incidents or losses.
Internet Connectivity
An active internet connection is required. Internet bandwidth is not included with the Service.
Contract Duration & Renewal
Your subscription is subject to the minimum contract period of your selected plan and renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
Installation & Relocation
Installation is completed at your registered premises. Relocation requests may be subject to additional charges and technical feasibility.
Add-Ons & AI Features
Optional cloud storage and AI features may be added based on availability. AI-based alerts and analytics may occasionally generate inaccurate results.
Early Termination
If the Service is terminated before the end of the contract term, remaining contract charges may apply.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies according to the selected plan and Omantel’s official warranty terms.
Data & Privacy
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CCTV complies with applicable privacy laws in the Sultanate of Oman.
Payment & Suspension
Failure to pay outstanding charges may result in service suspension, termination, or deletion of stored cloud footage.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Omantel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
