Convert Makasib Points into Lulu Happiness
Makasib members who are enrolled in Lulu Happiness can now convert their Makasib points for Lulu Happiness and use them to shop in all Lulu Hypermarket outlets.
How to redeem
Makasib points can be converted to Lulu happiness by following these steps
- Register your Lulu Happiness member ID and convert your Makasib points to Lulu Happiness points through Omantel app.

- Members must have valid Makasib and Lulu Happiness membership accounts.
- A minimum of 5,000 Makasib Points is required for conversion.
- Customers must enter the correct mobile number registered to their Lulu Happiness account to ensure successful points transfer.
- Once Makasib Points are converted, the terms and conditions of the Lulu Happiness program will apply to the new points balance.
- Once the conversion is complete, the conversion shall be final and irreversible.
