How to receive the referral code?

The only way to receive a referral code is when someone refers you to Omantel. If you are already an Omantel customer, you can join the referral program and start referring your network for both to be qualified for a 50% discount on your bills.

What do I get with the code?

Once you redeem the code and join Omantel, you will receive a 50% discount on your bill. The person that referred you will also get a 50% discount on their bill.

What if I received multiple codes?

You can only choose one referral code and the chosen person will receive a 50% discount on their bill.

Wassi Referral Program is a program that will reward you for bringing in new customers to Omantel. You'll receive a 50% discount on your bill when they subscribe to one of our corporate services. While they will get an exclusive 50% discounts off their first bill too.

These plans are available exclusively to Government and Corporate entities and their eligible employees.
Customers will receive the monthly plan allowances.
All prices stated for Essential plans are exclusive of VAT. (A 5% VAT will be added to the total price upon purchase).
As a postpaid customer, Omantel will send you a clear and detailed monthly bill for services provided, showing the chargeable call units for national and international calls, data consumption, roaming charges, monthly subscription charge, as applicable, and payment due date, which is 30 days from the date of the bill.
GoBiz roaming minutes are valid for receiving incoming calls, making local calls while roaming, and calling Oman.
GoBiz allowances and unified rates are applicable in more than 145 countries. For details, please visit
CPN minutes are available to customers with 2 or more lines with Omantel.
Customers may upgrade their packages anytime during contract period.
In case downgrade or termination or change to prepaid or change of ownership within the contract period, early exit fees shall apply as follows:

The out of bundle usage charges are as follows:
- Local Data: 8 Bz per MB
- International SMS: 50 Bz per SMS
- At GoBiz Destinations (for applicable plans):

  - Receive calls while in GCC: 85 Bz per min
  - Receive calls elsewhere: 150 Bz per min
  - Calls to Oman & GCC: 231 Bz per min
  - SMS: 23 Bz per SMS
  - Data: 100 Bz per MB

  - Receive calls 150 Bz per min
