PERSONAL REGISTRATION
Register to My OmanTel
To gain access you will need to create an account.
For that you need:
- Your Omantel’s phone number
- E-mail address
- Last four digits of National ID or Passport which is registered
with your mobile number
- Password should contain at least 8 characters with at least
one of the following : upper case letter, lower case letter, number.
Special characters are NOT allowed

و ذلك بتوفير البيانات التالية
- رقم هاتفك
- بريد إلكتروني
- آخر أربعة أرقام من الرقم المدني أو رقم الجواز الخاص بك
المسجل به رقم الهاتف

كلمة المرور يجب أن تتكون من 8 أرقام أو حروف على الأقل و لابد أن تتضمن
حرف واحد كبير على الأقل و رقم , لا يسمح بإستخدام الرمور الخاصة

- Manage your account smoothly, such as viewing and paying your bills,
- Recharage prepaid numbers and transfer credit between them,
- Subscribe and unsubscribe in packages and services,
- Monitor your data usage,
- View Makasib points and redeem them with gifts

CORPORATE REGISTRATION
Registration for Corporate
Omantel corporate customer service will register any corporate clients where the following documents are needed:
- Print and Fill out the Specific Authorization Letter(PDF)
- Official letter from the company requesting the registration
- A copy of commercial registration license
- A list of Oman Mobile or fixed or internet accounts with their respective GSM number or fixed line number or login name
- Suggested user name from 8 to 16 characters
- A valid GSM number
- A valid email ID

تسجيل العملاء التجاريين
ترفق المستندات التالية عند تقديم أي طلب لخدمات العملاء التجاريين::
- قم بطباعة وتعبئة استمارة تفويض (PDF)
- رسالة رسمية من الشركة لتسجيل الطلب
- صورة من السجل التجاري
- قائمة بحسابات الخدمات الثابتة مع أرقامها أو حسابات الإنترنت مع رمز الدخول ( login name )
- مقترح باسم الدخول ( user name ) لايقل عن 8 حرف / رقم ولايزيد عن 16 حرف / رقم
- رقم هاتف نقال صحيح
- عنوان البريد الإلكتروني
