Concierge Service

As Al-Ufuq member you have access to the concierge service free of charge. You only have to cover any costs associated with performing the specific request. For example, you will not pay for the service of looking for and booking an appointment at the spa, however you will cover the cost of the spa treatment.
The Private Concierge Team is available to help you your personal life errands.

Some of the ways that you can use your concierge service are:
Organize your travel (e.g. booking tickets, hotels, airport pick-up* & drop-off*, etc.) Take care of administrative tasks (e.g. visa drop-off at the airport, car registration renewal)
Setup a courier delivery locally and internationally Arrange for chauffeur service* (Chargeable).
Arrange for flower, chocolate and other gift deliveries* Arrange for automobile pick-up and drop-off service for dealer service**
Arrange for medical appointments, spa appointments, etc. Arrange to buy special sports events tickets

All concierge services should be booked 72 working hours in advance.
*     This service is only offered in Muscat governorate.
**    Charges of RO 12 will apply while availing concierge services.

Roadside Assistance

You are provided with a complimentary membership to one of the best emergency roadside assistance programs throughout Oman and UAE. You will benefit from the following services:

Towing* Battery boost
Flat tire change Lockout assistance
Emergency fuel delivery*  

*Your vehicle will be towed to the nearest service center within 100 KM, and charges will apply for the additional mileage. Also you will be charged the cost of the fuel, yet not its delivery. The emergency roadside assistance team will answer your calls 24/7 when you call 1221.
